I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. 
 

I have also been having bad pelvic pain, bleeding outside my period and painful intercourse but I have endometriosis and they just tell me this is normal and fob me off with the pill. I think when you read too much on the internet you do start to think it's (the dreaded C). I know this is easy to say but try not to worry to much until they've actually done a thorough examination and you get your results. I hope things go well for you and it isn't anything sinister.
