Hi all, I am a mother to a 13 year old who is currently doing all the tests to find out what's causing these lumps. We went to see a GP last Thursday because he had swelling in his armpit and lump around his collar bone, soon after found another lump on his neck. He got a rapid referral and is now in the hospital being tested for TB (which I feel it's more to rule it out). He also had an x-ray and CT which also showed cluster on his lungs in a 11x10x5 cm area. We will know by tomorrow if it is TB and then they will do a biopsy on one of the lumps. 
 

We are panicking, I am sure doctors know more than they are telling us; we just need to know. Google is not helping as you can imagine. He has no other symptoms. They did few blood tests and they are indicating that there is an infection, which I guess they would have expected with the lymph nodes. Anybody else going through similar? I find I can't talk to my friends at the moment, I just need to know what it is. 
 

We recently moved house and he will be starting new school in September. Everything is just overwhelming that at times I can't even breath. Any help, advice would be most appreciated.
