im a 27 year old female and I am 29 weeks pregnant - so I'm very tired indeed however when I was 12'weeks pregnant I lost a stone for no reason and haven't managed to put it back on, I haven't lost more weight as baby is growing thankfully but am visibly skinnier everywhere else just not bump, and in smaller size clothes than I was before I was pregnant:
for the last few weeks I've had a very odd sensation when swallowing (only saliva - doesn't happen with food or drink) only way I can explain it is it feels like bone cracking / grinding. I then found a lump under my jawline right on the side of my throat, it's quite squidgy but feels quite big not sure if it moves - doctor had one feel and done a fast track referral for suspected cancer (glad she's taking it seriously) the day after I found another lump which you can visibly see, on one of the muscles much further down in my neck on the same side. It must of swelled quite quickly as it wasn't there when she had a very good feel! This one is a bit harder and I can't move it really. Feels soft but underneath is hard. They aren't painful but I have some aching pains around my neck and on my collar bone. Have a ridiculous dry mouth too and I'm anaemic.
I've always been weird with my eating (I think it's anxiety) where I have to drink water when I have bites and sometimes food doesn't go down properly, especially eating publicly.
I also have a sore tongue, have had since November dentist wasn't worried last month.
I am of course in a state about this, I keep crying thinking about leaving my kids as I'm absolutely convinced I've got cancer and that it's either started in my mouth now in my neck or spread everywhere else. I get breathless and I'm under cardiology but that's been ongoing for ages....praying it's not related:
what can I expect from my first appt? I hope I don't have to wait long :( and I pray they take me seriously. My worry is how quick the second lump appeared / swelled - she initially thought it was near my thyroid (the one under jaw) but now I'm convinced it's all my lymph nodes from the second lump
