Hi all, I have a health anxiety so am trying to work out if I should be really worried or if I'm overreacting. I'm only 23, but I've noticed a small lump on my breast. It's really small and hard, but also appears a bit red. Honestly it looks like some kind of bite or pimple, but it's not at all painful to touch so I don't think it's that, and it's like a pea sized lump that I can roll around with my finger. For context, I had breast implants when I was 18 as I had very little breast tissue (not even an AA). Could this be related to the implants? Could it just be a spot or cyst of some sorts? 
it's the weekend so I can't see the doctors and I'm freaking out a bit
