Hi everyone,

I had a new mole appear on my face, I had it checked by a private dermatologist who confirmed it was in fact a mole, as I thought it may have been a skin tag. The dermatologist asked my GP to refer me urgently to a dermatologist on the NHS to get it checked out as I didn't want to have the biopsy done privately. 
However, the last couple of days the mole started bleeding and turned black. It scabbed over and has come off this morning. It's just left me with the tiniest red mark. 
I'm still waiting for my appointment which should be any day, what do I do, shall I cancel this appointment as the mole has since gone ? There's nothing there for them to see. I have got photos of what the mole looked liked and how it changed. 
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
