I am so scared help

I have just had a screening back from my smear with abnormal cells and HPV... however I have a had foul discharge for months and been treating it as reoccurring Bacteria vaginousis... but I've just read its a sign of cancer.. I have two kids... just qualified as a nurse and left and abusive relationship... I am scred I am going to die
