Hi, so about 3-4 weeks ago i noticed a soft lump on the left side of my neck, i got convinced it was cancer and i panicked, i went to the doctors and they told me it was a benign lymph node, but becuase i was under 18 they said they couldnt take a ultra sound scan there and then and i would have to wait about two weeks, so its been that long and nothing has happened, however some of the symptoms i said i had during covid( which was about a month before i noticed the lump) returned for about a week and have gone, they included ear pain and neck stiffness. But i vhecked my tonsils about a week ago as my left tonsil felt weird, and i saw that they had like faint white streaks on, and my right one looked bigger and my left one looked smaller, so i couldnt tell if my left tonsil had shrinken, or my rught tonsil was enlarged, or both cases. I am really scared now as i dont know if have got cancer. I have never had pain on my lunp in the neck and my tonsils so i dont think i have tonsilitis. Does anybody know what i might have? Is it still the effects of covid even tboigh ita been two months now?
