painful lump under left breast

hello, im new here and looking for a bit of advice. 

For a few months, ive had a white bump in my skin just under my left breast. No pain, wouldnt even call it a lump. Because of the postition, i forgot all about it untill yestersday. Its came out in a big red lump and its very painful. Its draining all my energy, ive not slept or ate and have been/and still feeling very sick. 

im going to phone my GP tomorrow, and even considering phoning NHS24 tonight as the pain is unbearable. 

any help would be appriciated.

    Hi there, sorry to hear that you e got a lump and it's now sore. It sounds like a cyst which has become infected. I have had this a few times with a cyst on my left breast. Harmless but antibiotics will help, but glad you are speaking to the doctor as well just to make sure.

    thank you. 

    im at my work just now, and i knew i shouldnt have come in. its flooring me! feeling very very sick, light headed, unsteady on my feet and disorientated. with all these symtoms i had a feeling it would be infected. a cyst did cross my mind but because i knew cysts as hard movable lumps, i started doubting mines and worrying more because mind is not as solid and it doesnt budge when touched. but i will speak to doctor tonight or tomorrow as i am in a great deal of pain and feel very unwell
