pancreatic cancer worries

I'm a 27 year old male with type 1 diabetes.

A couple of months ago I noticed significant weight loss progressively and put it down to stress ect.

I then started experiencing oily stools and had become bloated and couldn't eat much.

this really concerned me so I went and got blood test done which all came back normal. I then had a stool sample taken which came back as having giardia (stomach parastie).

I thought problem solved. Had a course of antibiotics and finished them a few days ago. appetite improved and weight still bad.

noticed in the past week or so bad pain in my back and sever fatigue. can barely do anything or stay awake for more than 12 hours. stools still off colour.

my blood sugars are all over the place despite upping my insulin doses. I had one more stool test foe pancreas enzyme function which was normal.

I have an ultrasound scan on Monday and I'm expecting the worst.

any advice or similar experience?
