Uterine Polyp Removed - MRI

I had a uterine polyp removed about 5 weeks ago and assumed all had gone well as I was told no follow up was required but today I have received an appointment for an MRI for next week. 
I know I shouldn't assume the worse and polyps are very rarely cancerous but is it likely that the biopsy was not normal if they are now bringing me back in?
