I was looking in the mirror topples and lifted my arms up to look at breasts. On my right nipple there seems to be a dent when I lift my arms up. Should I be concerned? 
I went to the breast clinic about 3 tmyears ago as I found a lump. 
I left feeling thankful that it wasn't cancer but also awful because the dr basically told me I was fat and if I lost weight my boob wouldn't be tender. I am a size 16/18 so not gigantic! 
Don't want to go to GP if nothing to worry about and risk seeing the dragon Dr.
