I have discovered a small firm lump above my nipple today, I have been messing with it all day trying to figure out in my head if it is what I'm worrying about but in the process I've made the area incredibly sore. It was at this point that I remember reading on a forum that you can spread cancer cells by messing around with tumours etc. Is there truth to this? Have I potentially doomed myself already
