Hi, have you recently had the covid vaccine? I had the astra zeneca and my under arm really swelled up. I've been for a biopsy on my lymph nodes and am getting the results on Monday. They think it's from the covid vaccine.

Thank you for replying. I also had the AstraZeneca jab but that was about 8 weeks ago. I've got an appointment at the breast clinic on the 3 August and the letter said suspected cancer. Really worrying. Hope your results go well on Monday 

My doctor told me that it was probably the vaccine that caused my swelling. Hopefully the same goes for you and it's nothing serious. Thank you, I am nervous. They told me a letter if nothing, come in if it's something. Hubby thinks it will be an infection due to the vaccine but will wait and see

Thankfully the ultrasound and mammogram showed no concerns. The consultant says this happens to women my age (I'm 50). The lump is a lot smaller now but still there and feels more like fat than anything else. Hope things go well for you. 

I'm hoping this is what they say to me. I have a history of fibroadenoma so I'm hoping mine will be something very similar. Thank you so much for replying. I'm 48 so kind of in that age bracket too.

Hi - it feels like it attached to something, like a chord (if that makes sense?). Doesn't move. But painful to touch. I'd say about 1cm and feels long rather than circular. I have an appointment with the breast clinic 23rd as I have a history of a Fibroadenoma. How does yours feel?
