I am also going through the same with a change to my mole the best thing I would say it get it checked out no harm in doing so it will give you peace of mind.

It sounds as though it's OK but you still need to get it checked out by your GP. Meanwhile, take a photo with a ruler or tape measure next to it so you can see the size. The GP may want a photo sending to them if they can't see you face to face. They may ask you to monitor it for a few weeks, taking similar photos every 2 weeks to see if it is actually growing.
