I had felt three lumps on my left breast and was referred to the hospital. Both my GP and consultant at the hospital said it is most likely a fibroadenoma. After I did my mammogram / ultrasound she said we should do a biopsy on your left breast just to check. I went back to my consultant on the same day and she said she'll contact me within a week. It's been two weeks and I called a few days ago and the receptionist said there has been no letter or results yet on my file.
im assuming everything is fine and it is most likely a fibroadenoma but at the same time the long wait is making me anxious about my results. Anyone have same experience/s?
