Lymphoma?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone would be able to shed some light on my current situation...

I have a small lump on the right side of my neck, just above my collar bone. It does hurt, it is the size of a little pea and it moves a small amount under my skin. I noticed it around 2 weeks ago - it's hasn't really changed during this time.

I am also shattered..all the time! Like really tired and have been struggling to do normal day to day stuff because im so tired! This has been for about 6 weeks.

Ive googled all this (foolishly) and now im concerned it may be lymphoma.

am I totally barking up the wrong tree or am I right to be concerned?

I'm sorry to hear that you've recently noticed a new lump. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious. We would recommend anyone who notices a new lump or becomes concerned about their health speak to their GP as they will be best placed to support you.

just an update...I have found 2 lumps in my groin now also. I saw the GP this morning regarding neck lump and he said it is an enlarged lymph node.
I've got a blood test soon and a scan on the neck one. But now the groin ones have come to light, should I tell someone?
