Hello, I'm really worried as I feel like the underneath of my breast the node area is bigger/harder than before and the other breast. I have noticed over the last few months. I also looked last night and have noticed stretch marks kind of redness also in this area. I have noticed this before and put it down to heat etc under there for the redness but last night I noticed it also looked lumpy stretch marks.  Please can someone advise me I'm so worried
