Hi, 

I found a lump in my armpit a few weeks ago and when I saw the gp she said there was nothing she was worried about it,  but as a precaution, I would go for a mammogram.  I have also since a consultant at the breast clinic who have me a physical examination and again reiterated that he thought it was all fine,  but to have the mammogram. 

Today was my appointment.  I had the mammogram and scan and the consultant found a third lump.  The original two were fine and malignant,  however he had said the third lump has jagged edges. A biopsy was taken from all three lumps. 

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar situation? I'm just in shock as I had mentally told myself everything was OK?
