Can you ask for an appt to discuss results of first mri and why they are doing a 2nd one.

The secretary had no info when I asked.

I have to ring and change my appointment as sadly my son has Covid so on isolation but I've no letters from my consultant so unable to ring them I've only had a telephone appointment with my consultant I've nothing on paper just appointments 

If you know the name of consultant, you could try his secretary, google his name&department.  I find this hard not being given any information why they are doing investigations and not getting any feedback, so stressful.

I think they are probably doing a check scan, to make sure nothing has changed since first, seems to be what happens in alot of cases. 

Got to admit it has stressed me out I hate no having any information I don't know his name I think I will try and talk to the GP  who referred me to see if he has any information thank you for the advice I'm very greatful
