I am not a doctor but I have been looking into smear results statistics and medical research following my own abnormal test in 2018. 
 

This shows you are positive for hpv which is a virus that up to 80% of women will catch in their lifetime. 
 

As you are positive for HPV they have also checked your cells to look for any changes which may indicate that the virus has caused damage to the cervix lining. They have not found any damage by the look of it, as it says negative in your cytology report. 
 

This is a good thing and your body will probably get rid of the HPV virus in its own time. You will be invited back for a follow up test in a years time. 
 

There are great resources around smear test results both here and on Jo's Trust's website which explain how common HPV is and that in a lot of cases that it's nothing to be concerned about.
