Colon cancer? So scared :(

Hi, I'm really scared I have colon cancer. I'm 27 years old and I have a 3 year old daughter

two months ago (sorry for tmi) I noticed some discharge down below went to my gp did swabs for infections etc all tests came back negative I then have an internal scan and everything was okay. Symptoms started to get worse where my stomach started to hurt I feel sick all the time lower abdo pelvic pain .. lower back pain shooting down my legs too it hurts when I pee and I'm going more often .. no uti or any other infection down below. When my symptoms got worse I noticed I go for no2 more often than usual.. and I feel like everytime I eat something I need to go.. I'm not constipated nor do I have dairhea.. I noticed fresh blood in my stool months ago only one time after straining but nothing since then.. I'm literally in pain every day and every test I've had came back normal iM really scared now.. I had a stool sample which came back normal also.. I can't even describe the pain it's not extreme just uncomfortable feeling like I'm bloated and full. I feel like I'm losing my mind. I'm on google every day and it always comes up with bowel cancer help

  • Welcome to the forum V123 although I'm very sorry about all the symptoms you've been contending with. It sounds very tough and it must be rather frustrating that after all the tests you've had, you still don't have any answers.

I'm not sure from your post if any more tests are going to be carried out, but if not and these symptoms continue, do let your GP know so you can find out what happens next. If you have more than one doctor at your surgery you could try getting a second opinion as well.

I know I can't take your worry away but I hope it helps to know that many of our members will understand what you're going through and hopefully some of them will be along soon to offer their support and advice.

I really do hope you're able to find out what's causing your symptoms soon V123.

    Kind regards,
