Hpv positive and High grade (severe) dyskaryosis

Hi everyone,

So I've read through some other postings about this, and I know we're encouraged not to worry but...

I had some tests and was highly anemic, infection markers in blood, very painful heavy periods and permanently swollen lymph nodes for a fair few years. Anyways as part of testing we noticed I hadn't a smear in a fair while so popped one in. Results came in as high grade severe dyskaryosis. Now I know I shouldn't worry but I am trying to guess what happens at my colposcopy in terms of if they say there and then or if I have to wait for biopsy's, if I'll have immediate treatment or further tests. I'm just a bit all over the place although I also know that I probably shouldn't be as liklihood is it will be fine, but I'd like to prepare for all eventualities so am wondering about other peoples experiences.
Thank You everyone.
