Just a bit worried at to have been having pain on my right side ,also noticed thst compared to my left side of my lung is normal bit right, side if the ribcage and back feel like as If I have lump been like this Iver 10 weeks but doctors said maybe a muscle pain but worried it might be something else ,also breathing has changed drastically have done covid tests and all come back negetive.

Any info would be good and thank you
