A very warm welcome to our forum. This wait for results is always a worrying time. Unfortunately, we don't get results any quicker if something serious is found. After your results ccome back, your consultant will discuss them with all of the other people involved behind the scene in your care plan. This is usually done in your consultant's weekly Multisisciplinary Team Meeting (MDT). sometimes even if nothing untoward is found, there can still be discussion about the findings.
It usually takes 1-2 weeks to get your biopsy results, but this can take a little longer where Covid is still an issue. It is only natural to be worried - most of us would agree that this is one of the most worrying times of our cancer journey. Try to keep yourself busy to help the time to pass more quickly.
