I'm going next week for another internal root around, can't keep up, lol I have lost alot of weight ,was a big girl ha now 11.9st,,  weeing is like others have said , like the beginning of a water infection to me and I can't eat much , I'm 41 and periods have been 2weeks long and unusually heavy with clots, I'm definitely thinking peri? I have bad stitch pains in left side of pelvic too,  sorry guys I feeling like Victor meldew here,  moaning, I'm constantly on Google,  one website said you been on this  page  many times would you like to join haha,,  appreciate any advice xx

  • Hi Mary

I’m not sure why you would have reached a potential self diagnosis of cervical cancer on the basis of dr google, but you really need to stop trying to trust google to attempt a diagnosis of anything! Issues with your cervix need to be established by an examination, not an ultrasound, and there can be many reasons for bleeding other than cancer. Much more relevant for a start would be are you up to date with smear tests? x

  • Hi Minska thank you for replying,  my heads all over the place, and in sheer panick, yeah I'm up to date last smear confirmed hpv,  I've had dramatic change in bowl movements  Nd lost 5st unintentionally,  22mm is high tho ?? Thank you xx

  • Hi Mary

Having HPV doesn’t mean cancer...I’m presuming, because you haven’t said so, that the HPV has not caused abnormal cervical cell changes? and your issue with a thickened womb lining is not an indication of cervical cancer. It sounds like you have something going on, but not cervical cancer. Hopefully further tests can get to the bottom of what’s going on, but I really wouldn’t be focusing on a cervical cancer diagnosis from what you’ve said. x

  • Hi Minsk

Thank you for putting me at ease , just waiting makes it worse I suppose  and the fact that others have put lower mm womb linning and had serious implications I just panicking  x

  • HI Mary

Obviously I’m not a doctor, but I would imagine they would want to investigate the womb rather than cervix, if they are concerned about the thickness of the lining. x
