lymph node US insisted is normal but idk

Hi there,

I went to gp 3 months ago for a lump on my neck and was sent for an ultrasound where they found another confirming they're swollen lymph nodes. I then found 2 in my groin and over the next week or two and we found more on my neck with unexplained bruising all other my legs, weight loss even though I've gone off my diet and eating bad, itching on my legs and Was recently diagnosed with POTTS, which my heart races randomly but don't know why. My gp brought me in the next day to do bloods and they came back fine so sent an urgent referral to haematology. Haematology referred me to ENT and I didn't get why but couldn't do anything about it. Went to the ENT consultation the following week where they instantly told me it was for Haematology so had to wait to be re-referred to Haematology. They sent me for an ultrasound of my groin before my appointment 2 weeks later. Therefore even though my referral was under the two week rule I wasn't actually seen until 3 weeks later. The haematologist couldn't explain any of the bruises or rashes or pains or itching. She tried to claim that my lymph nodes could be there as I've lost weight. I can assure you I have not lost enough weight for them to now be feelable. It just didn't add up but she didnt want any further testing and just said that I'm fine and it's nothing hereditary. I didn't think it was, my fear is Lymphoma as it seems to add up. I'm finding lots of things online saying that lymph nodes with lymphoma can look identical to reactive lymph nodes and that a biopsy is the only thing that is definitive for a diagnosis(or confirmation of not). I'm really not feeling reassured to be honest.

Not sure if I should speak to my GP or not.

Any advice.
