Do lymphoma symptoms disappear?

Hi,

I've been suffering with fevers, night sweats, loss of appetite, weight loss (2 stone in 2 months), fatigue and enlarged lymph nodes under my arm. The docs performed a CT scan and suggested it was lymphoma. I then had a lymph node biopsy but I'm still waiting for results. However nearly all my symptoms have disappeared other than the night sweats and fatigue. I can't even feel the swollen nodes now. Is this possible with lymphoma?

  • Hello Stefani

I'm sorry to hear that you've been dealing with some health problems recently which led your Dr's to arrange some investigation and suggest that it could be lymphoma. It's understandable that you're feeling anxious and confused about things now that your symptoms seem to have settled.

Do you know how long you will have to wait for the biopsy results? Hopefully, you won't have to wait too long and the tests that you've had will give the Consultants some conclusive information about what is going on for you.

If there's anything you'd like to talk to one of our team of nurses about you're welcome to call them on 0808 800 4040, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

I hope you have some positive news soon.

    Best wishes,
