Definite lump in breast

Hi

I visited my GP today after I found a hard lump in my breast.

She confirmed there was a "definite lump" in the upper left of my breast, and has referred me for a mammogram ASAP.

I've also recently had 2 rounds of LEEP treatment for CIN3 due to recurring HPV which I can't seem to get rid of.

I have been under a lot of stress lately and I'm so worried about this! Could anyone offer advice or knowledge?
