Urgent ENT referral

Hi, 

I'm very anxious I have my urgent 2WW app for ent soon and I don't know what to expect. 
 

ive had night sweats for around 5 months now but then also occurs throughout the day. I have extremely itchy skin mainly my legs and I'm always constantly tired. 
 

I had an mri showing a 1cm lymph node in the right side of my neck and just need some advice.
