Hi,

i discovered a painful pea sized lump on the back of my ear in the crease, it doesn't move and is quite tender when touching the lump or surrounding area, it's only visible when i pull my ear forward as it is quite small and in the crease on the back of my ear where it attaches to my head. 

have health anxiety so trying to not freak out, any advice would be good, not sure whether to call doctor or if i'm over reacting ??
