Hi all! I noticed black lines running vertically on my second toe a couple of weeks ago and didn't think much of it. I saw an article yesterday of a lady who was diagnosed with subungal melanoma and the picture of her nail looks identical to mine.
I called the doctors this morning and the doctor has sent off a 2 week referral for a dermatology appointment. Is there any advice on what to expect at the appointment or any questions I should be asking the consultant during my appointment. I am in my early 20s and fear that I'll dismissed/misdiagnosed because I'm young.
