Hi I found a lump in my neck about two weeks ago now it took me a while to get a go appointment so when he eventually seen me he put it through as an emergency referral Which that was Wednesday so hoping I hear from them tomorrow I have had night sweats , difficulty swallowing ad itching but my bloods were clear and my throat etc are clear I noticed today the side of my face where the lump is has began to swell has anyone experienced this I'm new here and just need some advice
