Just read your post. I think you should contact GP. It may be nothing. However, the sooner you get it looked at the sooner you can stop worrying. GP's treat all breast lumps with caution and if your GP is unsure what it may be I'm sure they will refer you to the breast clinic. 
 

I'm sure your GP will totally understand your need to get this looked at.

thank you for your reply. I just feel as I have been at doctors for so much they will be getting fed up seeing me and hate idea of wasting time as I know it is likely nothing but because of the itchy ness etc and the fact that I never had this before It has worried me.

I get what you mean. But ... You would never forgive yourself if it was something sinister and you didn't go. You are not wasting time. You have symptoms. Also you said you've been noticing it for about 3 weeks. So you've sat on it for some time and it's still there.

I was the same, felt a lump, then I couldn't feel it, left it a couple of months as I had been to GP with other things, I would definitely go to GP any lump is important and will put your mind at rest.  I eventually went and it was a good job I did.
