Hello, 

I have recently found a Pea-sized Lump inside my vulva near the top and near the clitorus. 

I first discovered if because I had a swollen labia on one side. It's gone down a little bit bit still swollen and found the lump. It's quite painful to touch and sit down sometimes. I also feel like I'm getting shooting pains down my leg on the same side as the swollen labia and lump. Anyone know what this could be?
