hi, i've had lymph node lumps in my neck for over a year now, not sure about the size of them but i have loads in my neck , i've recently discovered ones under my jaw too and also just below my jawline under my ear, i'm just wondering if this could be bad, i don't have any infection or feel unwell, i'm only 17 as well and i'm really worried. ive went to the doctors and they tell me to come back if i have a fever or night sweats which i don't but it still worries me that i'm finding more of these, sometimes some of them are abit tender. i did also have pain in my armpits but it is going away, please help me
