Stuck and do not know what to do

Hi hope all is well and I apologise if I have offended anyone as that is not my intention. I am a 25 year old male and have had so many scares recently don't know what to do still feeling unwell. For about one year now I have continually suffered with brain fog/lack of concentration, extreme fatigue that I can't get out of bed alot/no energy, poor vision/feel disconnected, can't smell anymore due to blocked nose which I also struggle to breath with, blocked ears with no relief even if I pop and sometimes makes pressure worse, constipation/no urge to use toilet, no hunger or thirst, erectile dysfunction, feel feverish. These symptoms are 24/7 to the point where quality of life has been affected as I feel dizzy when out that I just want to go home. My mood is so low and drift in and out of consciousness. I don't laugh nothing. I have had so many tests but all negative these are the tests I've had:

2x testicle examination all normal

1x blood tests all normal

1x chest X-ray all normal

1x eye test all normal

3x blood pressure all normal

1x anal examination all normal

1x ultrasound for testicles all normal

1x ultrasound urinary tract all normal

1x ct scan chest all normal

1x ct scan abdomen all normal

1x ct scan pelvis all normal

1x head mri all normal

1x nasoendoscopy all normal

1x urine sample all normal

1x ECG all normal

Dentist check up (looked at everything and said nothing to worry about) - all normal

what more can I do to get body tested I feel like I'm going through a late stage illness but been told if that was case it would of spread and something would've showed by now. I'm sorry if I offended anyone and sorry long message. I'm thinking to get colonoscopy, endoscopy, dex scan and also visit skin clinic. What do you guys think? Thank you

  • Hi there,

It's good to hear that all your tests have come back with no issues. Try to take some reassurance from this and focus on moving forward as best you can. If you're still experiencing symptoms that are causing issues, you can always revisit your GP to discuss these.

Sometimes health anxiety can also cause problems and additional worries, so it may be worth looking at the resources from the NHS on health anxiety and looking after mental health.

    Wishing you all the best,

  • Hi there Ben thank you for your reply. The only reason I made this post is because I feel like my body is shutting down and I feel extremely weak & fatigue as well as fullness in ears and nose & severe constipation that I can't get no relief from. I understand health anxiety which I don't think I've got I generally feel terrible and feels like body is giving up on me. Honestly feels like I'm at late stage and doctors can't seem to find what's wrong with me
