I can see from some of your others posts that you're currently waiting for an appointment at breast clinic. I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with these concerns at the moment. We know how difficult it can be whilst waiting for an appointment. 

There can be many reasons for breast changes. Pain and tenderness is not normally associated with cancer but if you are examining your breasts very regularly then I wonder if the tenderness you're experiencing is due to this. If you're able to it may be a good idea to try and not check them for a few days and see if the tenderness eases. Often women's breasts can become more tender at certain points in their cycle so it may also be connected with that. 

Try to take things a day at a time and keep in mind that the large majority of women who are seen in breast clinic are not diagnosed with cancer.
