Hi everyone 

I've been scrolling through posts similar to the one I'm about to write and decided to write my own. I've had IBS since I was about 13, I'm 33 now. Recently I have had a change in bowel movements, usually I suffer constipation but now they're like mousse and when I go the toilet I feel like I haven't "finished" but nothing else comes out. It's a strange feeling! Also when I fart I feel like I have to really push it out to get it out to rid of the bubbly sensation in my anus. I'm scared there's an obstruction in my bowel or colon.  I am always tired and my back aches, sometimes I have aches in my stomach too. Not noticed any blood in stool and I've been checking the toilet recently. 

I do have anxiety mostly centred around health which I'm on sertraline for. I couldn't get through to my doctor's today so I did an e-consult form thing and it said a GP is going to ring me before 6.30pm tomorrow evening. I just feel that because I am anxious and because of my age they won't take me seriously ️

Has anyone else had these kind of symptoms?
