Hello I hope I've posted in the right place.

So basically I'm posting on behalf of my partner. He is 50 and lost his mum and dad to cancer sadly quiet a while ago. However 2.of his brothers both in there 60s have been diagnosed with prostate cancer both within a year apart. One brother sadly recently died and the other hasn't got too long left. It's so very sad and my partner is as expected very sad and in total shock also extremely worried about himself.

He has called the doctor today to update them on his medical history and ask if he can have regular screenings done now. The doctor seemed to think it's wouldn't be benificial for him to go for a screening with him only being 50 but he's gunna message the screening for more guidance.

Does anyone know if this sounds about right?
