Very long story here...

So around 8 months ago, I posted about a tender lump on my left breast which I had an US scan on at the hospital. They told me it was nothing to worry about and the lump was in response to my contraceptive implant which I have since had removed. The breast has since been tender and a little itchy but manageable.

Fast forward to this weekend, I went for a massage yesterday and had to leave part way through as the pain in my left breast from lying on my front was unbearable. It was burning all day and nothing soothed the pain. I slept with a cold flannel in a sport bra just so I could get some kind of relief. I called 111 and the doctor only just got back to me today to say he thinks it's an abscess and I should go to GP tomorrow to get it drained.

My worry is that when doctor asked me to check my breast I felt the first lump AND a new second lump further down the breast. They are both painful to touch, hard and immovable like frozen peas inside the breast tissue. I'm worried that the first lump hasn't gone away like the hospital said it would when I removed my implant. Anybody had anything like this before? TIA xx
