Hi I just want to say that I'm in the same position as you so I'm here if you'd like to chat, I'm waiting on my breast clinic appointment and I am worried sick so I know exactly how you are feeling 

Thankyou its nce to know that someone is there and understands what im feeling because unless a person is going through it themselves they wouldnt understand. Im absilutely terrified.people keep saying to.me dont worry. How can you not worry.. i have never been more scared of anything in my life. Im still.trying to come to terms with losing my husband and now this its all so much. Thankyou for being there for me. If you want to chat anytime im here for you also.

My appointment is  Tuesday at 2 oclock.in the afternoon. I got my referral letter very quickly . I found the lump on monday7th June saw my.GP the day after and received my.referral letter on the 10th june fir Tuesday 15th June 2 oclock

Of cause i will keep you updated . Let me know when you get your referral letter

OK well please let me know how you get on? I read you can get results on the same day from the tests they do but if they take a biopsy you have to wait a week sadly

I dont think you will get any results on the same day i know with a biopsy it could be 2 weeks  probably the same for mammagrams and ultrasound either way its going to be another 2 weeks of hell not knowing. I havent slept proprrly since i found the lump a week ago.and  dont think.i take another 2 weeks of not knowing its absolute hell

Im really terrified now i have my referral.appointment at the hospital tomorrow. I have a really bad feeling about this. I have never been more frightened in my life. If anyone else  tells me not to worry or im worrying too much i swear  lose it big time. Some people just dont know what you are going through. You cant just forget about something like this or push it to the back pf your mind. .im absolutely terrified and i dont want to go

I know I totally hear you! I'm having pains in my ribcage and radiating around to my back now and pain in my breasts, let's try to keep eaxh other calm until we know what's going on for sure. You must go, think about it, if you don't you will never know, so please go and let me know how you get on x

I will go but im so scared i wont cope if the news is bad feeling about it and i have lost a lot of weight as well without trying and thats not a good thing. I wasnt that  big to start with and couldnt really afford to lose it. If this is bad news i dont think i will have the strength to fight it

I went to my appointment this afternoon and had a mammagram & ultrasound and my lump  showed on the ultrasound and it turned out too be a cyst and i had it drained off so its gone now and everything is fine thank god. I will still be here for you let me know how you get on with your appointment. Whenever you want to talk im here for you ok. Well I went to get a second opinion and she felt everywhere and said she honestly doesn't think there's cancer. She tested my bloods and said they were all perfect so fingers crossed my ultrasounds will be fine. Just really find it strange that the lymph nodes have been swollen for 8 years how bizarre is that? Can't shake the feeling something is wrong and I'm struggling day to day I'm really depressed x
