Waiting for results is such a stressful time. I think the way results are given differ for each hospital. I've been given both good and bad news over the phone and face to face.It's hard to predict and easy to overthink the reasons you may have been asked to go in. 

Stressing out is completely understandable but trying to find time, as impossible as it can feel, to look after yourself whilst waiting is so important.
