Hi just wanting some advice please I've had a dull ache right side just below the ribs since end of January since then it's spread to my back and just started getting right shoulder neck pain worst at night and only hurts with movement laiding down I don't feel it my first set of liver bloods in feb my gamma ggt was sky high and alt was high my last set of bloods last week was the first time being normal 

I had a ultrasound in April came back as a bit fatty 

since April I've lost just under 2 stone but I've stop drinking completely and eating more fruits also I've had a chest X-ray last week waiting on the results I've no other symptoms apart from the pain which is going worst and the corner from of my eyes are yellow 

going to book a private mri scan tomorrow as deep down I think it's cancer any help would be much appreciated
