Had persistent bloating and abdominal pain for couple of months, then lower back pain. Dr gave me examination and couldn't feel a mass but said they wanted full bloods including CA125 done and they'd also refer me for pelvic ultrasound. Results showed CA125 level of 40 and they said they'd speed the scan up. 9 days later I had scan and also a TVscan too. 4 days later GP phoned to say I have a cyst on my right ovary. They want me to have scans again in about a months time and said they'll also repeat CA125 test. If it hasn't reduced in size or gone, I'll be referred to gynaecologist. Should I be worried?
