I've had a small lump on the left side of my upper trachea for the last month or so. I can't move it and it's hard and painless. I've gone to a gp but he ignored it and instead scheduled an ultrasound and blood test for a smaller, painful lump on the other side. I've now got a soree throat as well as sores in my mouth. I'm thinking it might be some kind of laryngeal tumor
