Hi all!
I hope you are all okay?! Just wanted to post some positivity as I have spent the last 4 weeks on this forum searching answers in the hope my post may reassure someone.
A bit of background...
I went for my second COVID19 jab on 13 May and noticed a lump under my armpit very moveable 4 days after. About the size and texture of a grape, could only be felt if I pinched my armpit but my partner could feel it too!. No other symptoms. I was petrified. Constantly on google. Crying. I have a son who is going to be 2 next week. Everytime I looked at him I'd cry thinking I was dying, not wanting to miss him grow up.
anyway... I said to myself I'd give it 3-4 weeks and see if it goes down. It did but was still there. I suffer with health anxiety and so took myself to the GP last Thursday who put me on the 2ww and I had my appointment today so it was all done very quickly. Anyway. All is good, she said my lymph nodes look normal on the ultrasound and this is definitely due to the COVID jab! Definitely something to bare in mind with swollen lymph nodes. Relived is an understatement. I am just so happy I can relax and enjoy my sons birthday celebration
I just wanted to bring some positivity here and I truly wish you all the best xxxx
