Hi,

Around Feb/March this year I discovered 2 lumps in my neck just under the jaw line. I know you shouldn't but I googled it. After doing some research and not jumping straight to the worst conclusion, I figured they were swollen lymph nodes. To which when I saw the doctor, they agreed they were swollen lymph nodes. I had some blood tests done but they came back ok, so I was prescribed antibiotics and was told to see how it goes, call back if any problems. The antibiotics didn't work and the lymph nodes didn't decrease in size. However I felt fine and left it alone. About a month later I found another lump and one on my thyroid gland. I went back the docs and they actually found that my neck was full of lumps and lumps in my groin. I hadn't been too worried uptill that point, but I can't deny that I'm now really concerned. The doctor rushed me in for emergency bloods, but again they came back ok. I've recently seen a specialist and more blood tests, again came back ok. I have a CT scan tomorrow, ultrasound on Saturday and an x-ray beginning of July. 
I'm 35 and a mum of two gorgeous girls. I have been with my partner for 16years. After 10years of renting we have been fortunate enough to buy our own house, which we're still waiting to move into. We also go on holiday to Scotland next week to do the West Highland Way Walk (96miles in the Scottish Highlands). It should be a moment in time I should be really excited for my family and myself. But I can't as all I can think of are the lumps and to what they are. I'm keeping my hopes up that it isn't the worst case senario but I can't stop my head from over thinking. I'm not usually the one to do anything like this but I was wondering has anyone gone through the same or similar?
