Hi I'm new

so I found a lump in my breast saw my doctor and was referred, two week later I have an appointment at the breast clinic , so Monday 31st may  , saw the doctor he had a feel said felt like a tissue mass but sent me to have an ultrasound to make sure but as lady is doing this she says I'm sending you through for a mammogram and I will do a biopsy. She mentions calcium. After mammogram I'm called through for my biopsy and before this procedure even starts the lady had booked me in for a mammogram biopsy for Wednesday 2nd June . I had biopsy from breast and axillary lymph nodes. Before I leave I see the doc again and he tells me they are going to send me for a CT Scan . So yesterday 8th I get a call to come in today which unfortunately I cannot do as I have work and no one to cover at short notice so I'm now booked for Sunday afternoon and I believe I have an appointment Monday for results (no letter, just a text to say I have an appointment )  I'm very confused as to why I'm having this before my results. Could someone please shed some light please .
