Hello everyone 

So been through the mill a bit recently. I've had a persistent cough that's gotten worse, coughing fits resulting in loss of sight sometime and I'm physically exhausted afterwards. Fatigue to the point I can't even lift anything heavy as I would before. A lump/growth in the back of my mouth near my uvula. I'm 26 but my BP is average 158/109 and recently getting swollen lymph node in my neck which is rather painful but it comes and goes.

I haven't lost any weight but a definite reduction in appetite and I'm always itching. I'm scared, I've lost my dream job over this, but the docs ain't saying much, ramipril doesn't seem to have any effect on my BP and the ENT has no appointments atm. The symptoms say cancer but I may be wrong, I'm tired and scared can someone shed some light on this.
