I have had a small lump just below my earlobe for about 2 years. I went to the doctors previously and he said it was fine and nothing to worry about. It did slightly grow around 3 months ago.I went back to the doctors and the doctors referred me for a scan. On the scan she didn't know what it was and said I need to be referred. Spoke to ENT today and now waiting for a biopsy. So worried. The lump measures 7mm x10mm x 15mm  but it is very hard and doesn't move.
